FreshHome Ltd ("FreshHome", "we", "us", "our") is registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the FreshHome platform. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@freshhome.app.

We collect your precise location only when you have actively placed an order and tracking is in progress, or when you grant "always on" location permission. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings. Approximate location (derived from IP address) is used to show available providers in your area — this does not require GPS permission.
When you place an order, we share your first name, delivery address, and order details with the Provider. We do not share your payment information or full account details with Providers.
We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate the platform (payment processors, mapping services, cloud hosting, email services). These parties are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required to do so.
FreshHome does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our website uses cookies for authentication, analytics, and performance optimisation. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to function.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, at-rest encryption for databases, access controls, regular security audits, and penetration testing. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours.
Your data is primarily stored and processed in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). When data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (e.g., to US-based service providers), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
The FreshHome Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a child, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. The current version is always available at freshhome.app/privacy.
