You receive 80–85% of each meal price after Kuzine's platform commission (15–20%) and a ~2% payment processing fee. Any delivery charge you set is yours in full — Kuzine takes no commission on it. You can see the full breakdown on every order in your earnings dashboard. Payouts are sent every Monday.
The standard commission on meal price is 15%. Top-performing providers (4.8★+ rating, sustained order volume) may qualify for a reduced 12% commission tier. Commission is charged on meal price only — your delivery charges are not subject to commission. Your exact rate is in your provider agreement and dashboard.
Absolutely. You set the price for every meal listing. We provide market data and suggested pricing ranges to help you be competitive, but the final decision is always yours.
Order frequency depends on your location, cuisine type, pricing, rating, and how many hours you're available. New providers in busy areas typically receive their first order within 24–48 hours. Our platform boost helps new listings get visibility.
You can pause your listings at any time — for a holiday, illness, or just a break. To permanently close your account, contact our provider support team and we'll handle the offboarding process, including your final payout.
Yes. A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or equivalent) is required before you can go live. If you don't have one, we can guide you to accredited online courses that cost around $15–$25 and take 2–3 hours. Some providers can start the application process while they obtain certification.
We strongly recommend obtaining public liability insurance. Kuzine has partnered with specialist insurers to offer discounted policies for home food providers, starting from around $8/month. Details are available in your provider dashboard after approval.
Our provider support team handles all disputes fairly. We review order details, photos, and communications before making a decision. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. Providers have the right to appeal any decision within 7 days.
Each kitchen location requires a separate verification and inspection. You can manage multiple kitchen profiles under one account. Contact our provider team for details on multi-location setup.
Customers pay through the app using credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), UPI, or their Kuzine prepaid wallet. All payments are handled by Kuzine — you never need to handle cash or manage payment processing yourself.
